Crisis Management Space at TotalEnergies

blog-image

"CWall was installed a year ago at the main crisis center of the TotalEnergies Coupole Tower at La Défense, Paris. It’s a multipurpose space that can be used by any of the Group’s business lines.

Because it’s so versatile, CWall fits the bill perfectly and covers all the fundamentals of crisis management: high-quality telecommunications, pure data exchange (photos, videos, maps).

It can be used to transfer data, display folders, authorize several players to plug into the wall, connect several PCs and sources, control a drone or even run live streaming, from the field to the crisis room. The people in the crisis room are physically aware of events, can communicate with other cells and access the information source, as close as possible to the front line. Being physically aware of things is a real advantage in crisis management.

CWall is a really efficient collaborative tool that can be used for simultaneous multi-information display and for wall-to-wall exchanges.

Being able to display information simultaneously and so fast is a major advantage. It’s an interactive tool, the result of a tripartite relationship between General Services at Total Coupole, the crisis management department, and Altanoveo, the integrator and developer of C-Wall."
